You will most likely overlook LP at first because of your uncertainty and nervousness. But this looks like a better choice for you, if you do deicide to go through with it. There'll be some pleasant surprises and you'll find that it will fulfil your expectations and reach the people you are targeting for.

A is really in two minds, has plans to do one thing but then goes and does another. There's a bit of a contradiction going on with their own personal life. They're also going through some worries with a person in their life. While they really do want things to get better, it will most likely just end up retreating to their comfort zone. So its a no, because they cant seem to grasp the events in their own life.

You are right on this, I do feel she is trying to avoid responsibility and prefers to stay out of things. Thank you for the exchanges!

There's some disappointment you are facing because things have not been going as you have expected, you seem to be feeling down about it for a while and then go off into reflection mode. I don't know if this is an event but there is kindness coming your way when you are feeling lost and uncertain. Some sort of gathering or discussion is indicated and it looks promising, this will be with people who will be kind to you as well.
