He is dealing with a nasty child support court case with his horrible ex girlfriend. Shes trying to keep his kids from him and everything, for no reason other than shes money hungry.

I would appreciate a reading addressing the outcome of this court case for him ..will it turn out to be in his favor?

Can do a tarot exchange if you want! Thanks

Hi Frankie! This isn't a reading just some plain old fashioned advice. My sister went through a horrible custody battle and child support case. When it comes to child support one parent CANT keep the children from the other parent. Even if they aren't paying a dime they still are entitled to see their children. That's the law. Secondly, child support is an easy number to figure out. Goes by the number of overnights times the amount of money the parent makes. The court figures this out. It's pretty cut and dry. The court determines how much he will pay and garnish his wages to satisfy the amount. If he's doing what he's supposed to be doing then he shouldn't have a problem. Any accusations of abuse or neglect must be backed up by proof and witnesses. And even witnesses can be considered heresay. So most likely if your BF is doing the right thing you should have nothing to worry about and it will go in his favor.

The issue is that she is claiming $15,000 worth of arrearages (past due)..but he was living with her and the kids during the entire time she says that 15k was owed! Now he has to go thru the motions of proving he was living with her..which is difficult, because they were living in her mothers house and neither of them are on the lease. Also, for the past year he has sent her $8,000 in informal payments. The judge may not credit him for that. He got a lawyer...but I just hope a judge counts all his support and recognizes he supported her selfish @$$ for 7 years.
