I am having my final supervision tomorrow, when my headmaster is going to come and watch me in class during the lesson.

Could someone pull some cards as to how it will go?

(I pulled myself, but got 10 of cups - 8 of cups - 9 of cups, and in Leno I got Man-Moon-Tower; however esp. the tarot spread seems too "watery" for that question, and what about the 8 of cups, I am running out of class ? )

So I`d appreciate it if someone could pull for me.

I can exchange of course.

Maybe 8 of cups represents not allowing yourself to get too emotional? So it shows you being calm?

10 cups might just represent the class or you showing your commitment to your job.

So i think the spread says you will show your commitment without getting too emotional and you will reach the goal yoir aiming for.

Im going home now so will pull for you when im there

QH 9H 3S 7S 2D

Clarified main spread with: 5D 6C KH

I think the cards show you're worrying about it(3S at present), the 7S for me shows him being observant. I think the outcome will be fine. 6C is a card of improvement and movement. AD fell out while i shuffled for me highlighting the overall theme - good career card(new beginnings and positive news) as well as the 2D and the 6C.

So in short, I think it will work out fine, I guess you're a bit nervous maybe thinking too much about it now which is natural. But I think it will work out fine for you. Aside from your worrying i think it's a positive spread.

Let me know how it goes

Thank you, VG,
yes I AM nervous. I am always a big worrier.
Though my colleague told me just yesterday that it wouldn`t matter what I`m doing, as my boss likes me anyway. lol

I still am nervous. But since the intermediate report he wrote about me was pretty positive, I just hope even if there will be things that can be improved, that the final report will be good enough still.

I HATE supervisions and being judged and examined. LOL Saying as a teacher, how ironical!

You feel very very nervous at first, and insecure, with self-doubts (actually, classical stage fright here with Mice Heart mirroring confidence, peace - Lily), but you will try hard to hide it (Coffin), and most likely succeeding (go, Aqua Moon, go! ) But then, when you start working and doing your thing (Anchor) stage fright disappears like magic (Coffin), you get your heart back, you feel confident and expressive (Anchor Lily) calm and professional (Lily) - is a man evaluating you? the King of Spades, older and serious teacher hahahaha OK, and after that, things will become exciting, and everything will end with a positive result and an uplifting atmosphere.

GOOD LUCK, CERI!!!!!

No problem Ceri, you'll be fine. I can see he has a good opinion of you - KH suggests that

Good luck

Thank you, Leeloo.

Seems very realistic (and scary with Coffin), but it also seems to have a more pleasant ending. Anchor-Lily is such a boss-symbol. lol
Yes, my boss is a man (something between 55 and 60 years I think).

The tarot spread is about adequacy, I believe.

10/C = aspiration (also a display* of your class, teaching skills)
8/C = passing
9/C = satisfaction

All cups cards = a strong spread, a positive spread.

Good luck, Ceridwen.

Book - Man - Letter (Child) - Tree - Clouds

I can see you are going to be worried and puzzled, feeling foggy and clouded, it may even seem to you as it was the loooongest hour ever, but the end result is a written letter which will be the beginning of something new and exciting
(letter + clarifier Child).

I think it will go very well and you will start to feel lively when the time comes and motivated to do your best. I feel that you may be doubting yourself and your skills but I see that is wrong because you have a lot to offer and I feel great qualifications. I think after this supervision you are going to realize how you were wrong for doubting yourself and see your work in a new established light.

Thank you all

And you were right, it went reasonably fine.
Well, to a big part I have to thank my class for this and the connection/chemistry we have as a group.

My headmater was satisfied, of course he had to point out that while he thought there was great potential there (in my teaching I suppose) there of course are some finetuning things that could improve it even more (He had to say something to justify that I am not going to get the best mark, but just the second best. He has the order to only give best marks in about 0,5% of the cases. lol ).

He also suggested that I might participate in a course for "moderators of teachers"; those are being taught how to teach others teachers to teach in more cooperative, modern forms of teaching (in workshops).

It`s his personal favourite pasttime at the moment, as he puts a lot of energy into that moderator-training, and also another course he also suggested.
So I am not going to have a big choice but have to do at least one of those two things.

However, in fact it is not a bad thing he suggested that, because of me lacking in some regard (there is always room for improvement of course), but actually seems to want to pull me closer into his personal favourite group of "trusted teachers" (Not sure how to put it differently, but he has a bunch of teachers on whom he rests quite a bit and whom he appreciates a lot, personally and professionally.
Seems he wants me in that group as well.
Well I kinda know that he appreciates me, but so far I maanged to avoid getting too close to "the top".
It so often feels like people want to support me and give me the opportunity to reach higher positons. And I pretty much passively resist that pull. It feels like I am pushed and pulled into positions of authority, I am just not keen on.

but having Pluto on the MC - I suppose there is not really much of a choice in that. People just seem to insist on seeing me as a (quiet) leader-type. *sighs*

I never know how they get those ideas though, and sometimes almost feel like a fraud, because people see me as much more competent, organized and whatelse than I really am.

It`s almost ridiculous, it seems so many people have to complain about being seen in a negative light, and I sometimes feel like I am wailing because people see me in a favourable light. or as having potential (which of course means I am not there yet ).

Anyway, so yes, all in all it was pretty good, he already started writing the report so I most probably will get that position as "life-term civil servant" without problems (Does that sound like a jail-sentence to you, too? :sighs: )

And apart from that it will lead to more work I suppose, or different functions, as it seems I am increasinly unable to stay out of the spotlight.

Congratulations, Ceri!!!!!!
To me, you are the best teacher, I saw you in action, when you are teaching me so many things The King of Spades needs a new pair of glasses
The "life sentence" is quite hilarious but also nice, similar to Dame or Sir, you know, it's for life. Or some sort of Knighting. lol
