For you - He doesnt notice it as much as you hope. In other words he nitices you distance himself but doesnt quite add it up that its connected soly to him so he thinks something else may also be the reason for this.
He seems to be clueless as to other peoples feelings at times.
How he feels about you is friends but he sometimes wonders about the more aspect. I do think he finds you physically attractive though.
He does find you to be independant. I dont feel negative feelings towards you but almost like he does like to push your buttons and make you react.

-> well, he seems to be a very active person, likes to be here and there and around the 3 of pents + 10 of wands show that he often seems to be quite busy with work and simply doing other thinks. The strength card show sexual/erotic feelings, so there is simply too much attraction to forget you - but the card is rev and some say that this is an indicator for a woman trying hard. Maybe you are often the initiator of communication as well

Yes he is busy as far as i know he also goes to some cours and is currentlt abroad. I dont think he is seeing someone but he is getting over a recent ex.

Yes i did initiate more but now dont even bother as i feel he doesnt care to even open the text.

I thought he may be punishing me or playing a game to make it more in his control.
