I feel like I'm supposed to be an outgoing Leo Sun, but I act shy and introverted most of the time. I need a lot of me time to reflect about life cause I feel like there's a time to be social and a time to just sit back and enjoy your solitude. I'm always in conflict with myself though; on one hand I want to stay home, but I also wanna get out of the house and roam - I drive myself crazy. But at the end of the day, my mood governs everything. Sometimes I want nothing more then to stay home and chill with my family. Oh and I almost never start convos with people ... unless I feel like I need to compliment them about something. I can also be very talkative when I'm passionate about something. ------------------ Leo Sun/Mercury Sagittarius Moon Cancer Venus/Mars/Rising "You haven't seen the best of me, I'm still working on my masterpiece"👊😏 IP: Logged |

Your cancer placements demonstrate this, but they will tell you more if you look at where they are in your chart There's way more to it than just your sun and there are alot of different colours to Leo sun IP: Logged |

The problem is how people stereotype Leos as very one dimensional.Aspects and house placements can account for a lot. So can other overriding forces in a chart. You don't have any really social signs on any of your angles. Im a Leo sun also and had a guy sternly lecture me on the phone because he was surprised i was so quiet. He knew i had a leo sun, he was into astrology, and wanted the "wild leo ride" so i guess he was disappointed. My moon is in the eighth house. So I'm not really that type unless I'm at home talking to you, know you well and feel comfortable enough. IP: Logged |

Your Cancer placements off top.I'm a Leo too but with a Scorpio ASC and down time is a must for me. This "down time" can last for days. I'll come home, clean up, light my candles and ignore all phone calls Lol. IP: Logged |

Not in disagreement with anyone here, But I see Neptune. Sun in Leo =Earth in Aquarius. If you look at you progression as Mars rose above Natal ascendant, Neptune descended and played a heavier role n your self-development especially so with Pisces on MC. By the way,, the Helio nodes of Bless(11 aq 44'22). That is a nice moment to be born. That Leo may show stronger yet. You also have Fortuna,Tyche and Harmonia on ascendant, so consider your non gregarious nature a good thing.------------------ LeekingChee IP: Logged |

Leo-Cancer98, That's Cancer rising. You'll get it worked out for a balance that you can be happy with.

I think it's age related...Cancer AC can be shy, but not so much with a Venus/Mars conjunction in the first house. You are very attractive - and you are about to become more and more attractive. By the time you are in your early 30s, you'll be one of the most confident people around. IP: Logged |

I agree, believe it or not its a lot more common then you think.
There are lots of Leo Suns with Cancer aspects, especially Venus in Cancer. IP: Logged |

Personally, I put your shy down to your age and to your Moon + Mercury. At 17, you are still no way near the heights it's only around 21 you might notice a difference. You have Moon in 6th house, which makes you full aware of your 'faults' and perhaps you try and work at them, but you are not quite there yet Mercury in 3rd is good, but RX can give you a disadvantage, as you might be offpage to others (different thinking). Because both of these planets are in Mercury houses, you analyse yourself alot, creating expectations before results. That Venus/Mars in 1st have not been activated yet, you are still Moon/Mercury currently. If you really want too, you can change all of this but it will have to be done by forcing yourself out of your comfort zone.
You have a nice looking chart, I agree with the others in saying that you'll be stronger in your 30's ------------------ Beginners Guide to Astrology IP: Logged |

Thank you! What do you mean by off-page to others? How does a planet in Retrograde affect the way it would normally be expressed if it hadn't been in Retrograde? I have Jupiter in Pisces RX exactly conjunct my MC .. should I be worried?! IP: Logged |

Yup, was just going to point out that you have 5 planets retrograde. Those would make one more introspective and appear shy in my opinion.IP: Logged |

What hard aspect? I never understood how this makes sense, but according to CafeAstrology.com, my Sun trines Saturn (0'54 orb). IP: Logged |

Lol how do you know I'm attractive? People say I am, but I don't see it :$ My features are symmetrical with each other, but the right side isn't symmetrical with the left side - it makes me so insecure. I've always felt like an insecure girl, but at the gym, it's like that side of me just dissapears and I end up acting and walking like I own the place. Almost everyone knows me, in a good way. Sometimes I think "what are you doing? why are you talking to her? What if she's judging your face?" IP: Logged |

In my opinion, Sun square Chiron That would make it hard for you not to experience life without a blast to the ego. You probably been through some pretty harsh situations that damaged your social skills(?) That's just my guess based on my research about Chiron. Overall, it could be very cringe-worthy to one's psyche. I also want to add that like me, you have Chiron in the 5H. The beautiful things such as letting loose, having fun, and being intimate can be very painful for us.IP: Logged |

I agree, I have this too, and it's very stifling to one's social life. http://www.theastrologyplace.uk/2013/05/saturn-in-11th-house.html IP: Logged |

Well again, it can be stifling to one's social life causing one to a loner whether they love there solitude or not. Here's a general paragraph from the link posted. quote: One of the greatest pains of Saturn placed in the 11th house of the chart is the sense of loneliness and separateness the person feels. They have difficulty acting spontaneously in front of a community and give off a cool or stiff manner, but may not always feel welcomed into the group. Saturn here needs seriousness and depth which will only come from maturity, and they may have to develop a more self-sufficient attitude towards this area of life. It is not a placement for those that merely want to be well-liked or a favoured member of the group.
