I know this question may be too repetitive, but i would really appreciate some insight in to it.

I have been looking for a job for many months now, but haven't been able to become employed. I have a university degree in IT, although i'm not limiting my search to this field exclusively. I don't think becoming self-employed is an option at this time, so should i keep looking for work in my city or would i have a better chance pursuing a career in another city or even abroad?
