Disciplineyou want to cleanse yourself? all it takes is bringing intense focus at some focal point in your life. and it is hard. and even harder to maintain. try waking up right before sunrise every day and meditating for just 10 minutes, followed by exercise until its time for breakfast. the rest of the day you can do whatever you were doing before. but just that daily AM routine has to be maintained. that said, maybe what works for you is something else. this is something that worked for me. and i highly recommend it!
