It teaches them to be mature in love and to want a long term, stable and mature partner and relationship. Their relationships are usually lasting because they know how to make a relationship work. I can't tell if that's a venus and Neptune harsh connection or venus and Uranus so I'll try and explain both. Venus/neptune will make a person fall too hard for the wrong types. They're too idealistic and don't see the faults in their partners. Venus/Uranus makes a person a little unstable. Here today gone tomorrow. They usually are into very unique and eccentric types but don't want to be tied down. The harsh Pluto and Saturn aspect usually indicates a person who wants control and wants to be the boss. They like power and want to be the authority. Marš in the 12th however makes them a little on the not-so-assertive side. If I knew more I'd say more but thats all I've got right now. Might not be much help but it's better than nothing. I've seen "scarier" charts. Everyone has something bad one way or another, this isn't so bad. Some struggle, but it's not the worse kind I wouldn't think. Even if their life is hard, there are still harder charts and placements out there. This ones don't really stand out.

Yeah chiron in the first makes people think they're ugly (well to be fair that's one way it can play out). And jupiter in the 6th is probably what makes him a picky eater. Odd though, I would have thought he'd be the type to stay away from French fries and sweets but I suppose saturn in the 6th can indicate not just someone who is a hypochondriac but also someone who should be mindful of their health (which makes sense if all he eats are fries and sweets!). And of course working jobs he detests for little pay and little recognition or jobs he's unhappy with in general.
