I suppose having a lot of planets in fixed houses could indicate a bit of inflexibility on your part in social interactions? Manipulation is hard to pin or assign to anyone, but an unwillingness to alter behavior or opinions could lead to relationships more defined by your "won't"s or "don't"s than by earnest give & take. Fixed houses are in everyone's charts, attending to how often they may play a part in more sweeping swaths of your interactions could help you identify when energies from planets in other houses may be helpful to offset these tendencies. Rather than asking if you "are" or "are not" a manipulator, it would be most healing to focus on whether your actions & modes of interaction are resulting in others feeling restricted OR directed coercively by you. Every person you meet will have a diff definition of what "manipulator" means, different from your own too! So asking whoever said that to give you any insight into how exactly they felt manipulated,coerced, or unduly influenced by you will help you locate & meditate on more specific parts of your chart.
