I have big plans for the incoming year so I wanted to check will I move to another city (country)to college? (EB)

I dont know much about cards but I think if you check your SR 9th or Transits to 9th you can find out.

9th house has to do with travel, foriegn matters.

Also look at your 4th house because it your roots, connections, fanily, home, deepest self
