im not a professional reader. but this is what ive understood. the 5th house is also pretty important in general for new romance. you don't really have a lot of planets here. your 9th house is pretty packed though. hope that helps!

I don't understand the "Jupiter in 7th house" part? Jupiter is in Virgo so it falls in my 7th house just because I'm a Pisces but I have Scorpio in 7th house natal and I have Sagittarius in 7th house (Solar Return).

I like Venus in 9th house . Sounds good and also this year I have Sagittarius in the 7th house. What do you think? Foreign++?

True, there are no planets in the 5th house . I only see that the 5th house is in Libra and Lilith too.
