Having a hard time with Apple the company. They don't want to cover my repairs eventhough I paid for AppleCare and it's still valid til May. I assure you that the problem with the computer should be covered but I was unaware when I bought AppleCare that they could pick and choose what they feel like covering - that part is in the fine print you can only get online. Tomorrow I have to call to do whatever I can to get this insurance scam to cover the repair costs that I shouldn't have to fight for. I'm blown away by them. I was a devoted Apple customer before this... Anyway, if you have good energy to send my way to help with this battle I would owe good karma your way... If anyone would like to do a reading, I would like to know what I need to do to get them to take responsibility for this as well as know how this will turn out... Thanks, and feel free to ask for a reading in return if you like... Multiple readers are great! ------------------ > > Please don't quote. IP: Logged |

i picked ace of pentacles for you.although that seems too good to be true, i think its more of a card that suggests patience. that said, have you tried talking to apple support through chat? or try to get a call scheduled with them. explain to them your situation and how you were unaware and the store is not cooperating. tell them you've been a long time customer and it just seems unfair that despite having applecare, this item is not being covered. im obviously unaware of the problem with your computer but it can't hurt to try! hope it goes well IP: Logged |

Sending good vibes your way! Whenever I have an issue with a company I find its best to get the top person to help - usually the first person will say that's the way it is, I then ask to talk to the manager. I also find that persistence is key - don't give up and keep going. Good luck! IP: Logged |

Hello, appleberry! Sending you some positive, healing energies from here and I sincerely hope that your situation will be resolved here. From what I am getting you might have to go the distance to advance your case before things go your way, along with some bit of luck and hope. There might be a central, key man eventually who will help with the resolving of your issue. Hope you don't worry too much about it! IP: Logged |

Thanks everyone. I did talk to the manager and all she did was open up the memory of her training manual in her head and started spewing memorized lines from it at me. Called her on it and caught her in a lie as well. Have to go to the higher ups. I think part of the problem is this is happening to many of this line and if they replace one, they have to replace them all, so they are trying to get owners to accept blame like we did something to harm the computer. I didn't. I hope it works out and I hope they do the right thing but I'm not sure they will. I don't want to stop being a loyal customer but if they lack this much integrity, I have no choice. Thanks for pulling a card. We'll see where it goes. IP: Logged |
