Are you both going through a conflict of some sort. If yes, it will be solved very soon and a new phase will begin for you. If there was anyone hurt, this is the period of recovery. THere is going to be silence and peace after a little low phase of life which is upcoming. Also M finds you really attractive and would want to get closer to you, but that is held back by all the negative thoughts in his head. Yes, we are going through the conflict. You described situation perfectly and there are some events that happened which was showed in your spread. I hope he will understand that I want him all the best, and that he will overcome these negative thoughts. The part I didn't understood is when you say the new phase will begin for you.
