Hello! I would like a reading regarding my work. The big boss at my work wants me OUT but can't fire me because we are syndicated. He personally dislikes me, and he throws comments at me everyday in a joking tone (but I know its what he really feels) saying "You still work here, when are you going to leave, I never wanna see ur face again" etc. When he does that, I ALWAYS reply , I dont let anyone talk to me that way, no matter what title you have in life ur still human, it doesnt make you better. I personally believe that a job is a job, if you dont like someone let ur personal feelings aside...But he CONSTANTLY continues. I want to complain to HR but he is best friends with HR. He has the 'power' right now. The only reason I stay is because I need the money. I like my coworkers but my boss is making my life hell... Does anyone have any insight on what to do? This guy is 40 and has a big ego, expects people to like him but I was never an a$$ kisser. His initials are E.R. IP: Logged |

Hey milly I don't have cards on me now but just want to say I understand. My cafe supervisor sent me home just now basically because I wasn't giving him ass kissing like this other girl who I work with who was drinking underage at cafe and I pointed that out bc we could all get fired. He knew I was right and then started ordering me around rudely . I kept busy and politely asked if he could talk to me in private not in front of coworkers and cafe. He told me get my stuff and go and when I asked for explanation he said he did t need one . I cried and told him I'm human being and deserve that respect to know. I don't think I'm going back bc it felt so inappropriate and without warrant. I am bumping for you. Have goodnight milly. I am done with everyone and this life it just laughs at me.IP: Logged |

Aww LittleWing! Stay strong! And I know how it is, those days when you are done with everything and people just make it worse. My boss awakens the 'fighting spirit' I have in me. Even if he has higher authority, I absolutely try and defend myself. I act cool like I don't care & reply coldly, which annoys him 10x more. I am currently looking for another job, it is very toxic where I work. I run around like a dog, working minumum wage & dont get appreciation. Frankly, this isnt a fulfilling job anyways. Stick to your own truth, stand your ground and defend yourself <3 This is what I am doing. Also try not to let bad experiences and people that hurt you cause you to harden yourself to this life.
