Is it this retrograde?! I just can't get it together. I feel ultra paranoid and sensitive in my personal relationships, questioning everything. I feel like crying all the time, and can't make decisions ! And I have some big ones looming that are stressing me out even more! and I care WAY too much what other people think! Ok rant over..... Anyone else ?

See with me it's not just one relationship, it's three or more main ones. Family, mostly. I'm thinking Karma?! I can't take this feeling though feels awkward.

Glad to hear I'm not alone! I've been super sad as well... thought it might be start of the year blues, as there's really no real reason for it.. but haven't been able to shake it. Was def starting to feel crazy.

I gotcha; totally understand. My problem is I can't make any decisions as it's out of my control. So I have to sit and wait...it sucks. Maybe tomorrow you'll/we'll feel better 💙

O. M. G. I thought it was just me! My guy has been very distant this week and non communicative. I thought it was maybe something I did. I've been so down and sad j want to sit and cry. I really don't know what to do! Tried talking to him too and it sort of fell flat.

Comforting to know that this may be caused by astrological goings on, and therefore things will improve.

I am trying to end a relationship, and I thought I would cope better, but the last few days have scared me silly. So, when this retrograde ends, I should be less miserable.

Dreamcatcher, because you're an empath as well, this could be harder for you - you may be absorbing negativity from those around you.

*sigh* yes very....have you checked your vitamin d levels? It's a possibility they could be low, especially this time of year. That can be a cause of depression, also I know quite a few people that suffer from SAD which is a disorder that causes depression during the winter months, look it up.
