I am feeling this trip depends on some sort of "verdict", decision, that is not up to you. There is another decision factor, person. Some chores or duties or work may interfere, and the trip will take place later, not this summer. I am not sure if this is possible, but I see winter, winter holidays for this trip, not summer time. I am sorry if this is upsetting news to you
