Can anyone tell me about this card. Can this card also mean communication? I asked someone and they told me that they don't think of it as communication.. but if it's not then why when I look this card up, it talks about communication and talking (etc)?

Context is everything. If this was a one card pull it's hard to say whether or not this person will communicate. What question did you ask and what (if any) were the surrounding cards?

Well I asked my cards why this person doesn't stop me and my sister from fighting. All he says is that its mean for any of us to fight.

The first 3 cards are saying that he would like to but hes handicapped and he can't do anything. All he ever does is talk to me so I'm kinda not understanding the world and the magician together.

At least you agree with me lol a professional tarot reader.. Well I don't know if he is or not, but he told me that the card isnt about communication but if its isnt then why people say it's about communication?? This really isnt about him but mostly his purpose. He cant do much so it confuses me to not see it as communication cause thats all we ever do lol thank you.
