Yea! Thats exactly whats going on hahahaha thanks to both of you, LeeLoo2014 and Sikanda

He broke up with me a lot of time ago, and he did it suddenly, telling me it was because I was always mad or something like that. He did it via sms so we didnt even see each other, face to face, to really break up. I had a hard time when he broke up with me mostly because of that

Can you tell me how to let it go once for all? how to "cut the anchor"?
I feel really embarrassed for thinking about him after all this time, while he is out there " livin' la vida loca ". I feel really vulnerable, humilliated and frustrated.
