Though the cards seem to be good, but the fact that it's all reversed, and the guy is looking away from a very attractive woman, I would say no. He's too distracted with his job and... pets (my 10 of cups have a lab and a cat).

Did you meet him at a work oriented event? Cards drawn are 8 of coins/rx, 6 of swords and knight of coins. It doesn't seem like he wants to put in the work for a committed relationship, and the 6 of swords shows you moving on from the situation and finding someone else who is willing to step up to your standards and willing to put in the work. One partner will be more submissive than the other (in the new relationship).

Intuitively- he sees you as his safety net of sorts- i.e. you representing stability to him, and the 'good times' that the two of you had. The 4 of cups/rx affirm this. Page of cups also describe his feelings- so I'm saying that yes, he has feelings, but the cards in the initial draw suggest that you walk away.
