I have Juno and Vertex in Sagittarius, almost Capricorn and right now Venus is in Sagittarius almost Capricorn. 8th house.
I want to know what is the meaning of this?

If there is some meaning.
I HOPE someone help me.

There isn't really any significance in terms of meeting someone. Its more of an internal transit for you...

I would look to transit Saturn, Pluto, Uranus for really important transit to points like this.
