I had a drunk conversation (hahah) last night with him, he told me that I seem charismatic to him, and that he was attracted immediately as he saw me...but he is quite shy as a person
I got the impression he likes me but I wasn't sure, and now that he told me I believe that
However he is a bit older than me, so I was wondering that may be standing in his way, although I don't find him that old and but I feel like he thinks I'm too young, which I'm not haha.

This resonated definitely but I'm wondering if my age is standing in his way..or do you have any advice maybe, whatever you pick

I pulled force so I would say yes, but I asked for further explanation. He will/is definitely influental in your life, there is definitely flame, I pulled 3 cards of wands, I think he sees a potential in you, but there is quite an adventure to reach that, but it is not impossible.
