My intention for this thread is to make it a place where everyone can practice and access their innate psychic gifts (we all have them).

Of course we also use various psychic gifts when using and interpreting tools, but this thread focuses on the use of the pure inner tools, the Clairs:

The Clairs

CLAIR SENSES

This collective word phrase includes any or all types of psychic sensitivity corresponding to the senses: seeing, hearing, feeling, smelling, tasting, touching. Clair Senses in psychic terms are translated:

clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience, clairscent, clairtangency, and clairgustance. Additional gifts are clairempathy and channeling.

CLAIRVOYANCE

Clairvoyant (clear vision) -- To reach into another vibrational frequency and visually perceive "within the mind's eye" something existing in that realm. A clairvoyant is one who receives extrasensory impressions, and symbols in the form of "inner sight" or mental images which are perceived without the aid of the physical eyes and beyond the limitations of ordinary time and space. These impressions are more easily perceived in an alpha state and during meditation, though many clairvoyants can obtain visual information regarding the past, present and future in a variety of environments.

CLAIRCOGNIZANCE (clear knowing) is a metaphysical sense where you know something to be correct but may be unable to back up your statement with fact or how you came into that information. (added to the list by me)

CLAIRAUDIENCE

Clairaudience (clear audio /hearing) -- To perceive sounds or words and extrasensory noise, from sources broadcast from spiritual or ethereal realm, in the form of "inner ear" or mental tone which are perceived without the aid of the physical ear and beyond the limitations of ordinary time and space. These tones and vibrations are more easily perceived in an alpha state and during meditation, though many clairaudients can obtain verbal and sound-related information regarding the past, present and future in a variety of environments. Most Channelers (also known as Mediums) work with both clairvoyance and clairaudience.

CLAIRSENTIENCE

Clairsentience (clear sensation or feeling) - To perceive information by a "feeling" within the whole body, without any outer stimuli related to the feeling or information. (Also see clairempathy)

CLAIRSCENT

Clairscent (clear smelling) – To smell a fragrance/odor of substance or food which is not in one's surroundings. These odors are perceived without the aid of the physical nose and beyond the limitations of ordinary time and space.

CLAIRTANGENCY

Clairtangency (clear touching) -- More commonly known as psychometry. To handle an object or touch an area and perceive through the palms of one's hands information about the article or its owner or history that was not previously known by the clairtangent.

CLAIRGUSTANCE

Clairgustance (clear tasting) -- To taste a substance without putting anything in one's mouth. It is claimed that those who possess this ability are able to perceive the essence of a substance from the spiritual or ethereal realms through taste.

CLAIREMPATHY

Clairempathy (clear emotion) – An Empath is a person who can psychically tune in to the emotional experience of a person, place or animal. Clairempathy is a type of telepathy to sense or feel within one's self, the attitude, emotion or ailment of another person or entity. Empaths tune into the vibrations and "feel" the tones of the aura."

When you will take part in these games or practice alone, you will notice that a certain clair may be prevalent for you. Most people usually experience clairvoyance (seeing images, the 3rd eye), or claircognizance (the classical intuition) or they are empaths (tuned into feelings/emotional background of the question). But they all in you, it's just some of them are more easily accessed based on the structure of your brain.

There are multiple ways to define and categorize thinking, but one important categorization is visual vs abstract thinking. When you say Sun, the visual thinker spontaneously see a sun inner image, while the abstract thinker "thinks" the word/concept of Sun.
They are said to correspond to an innate right (visual) vs left brain (abstract).

When asking a question you first receive words/thoughts you are primarily an abstract thinker; if you see an image, you are a visual thinker.

But no matter the exercises, even if they are visualization exercises, the first rule to awaken your psychic gifts is to TRUST the message you see/hear/know/feel/smell etc no matter its delivery form. Even if what you see is incorrect, it's the only way to unleash the true power of this gift in you, trusting the vision/idea.

There are several exercises I have in mind here but I will start with a fun game I played with my friends several times. It's easier to start with something about the future; starting with something already known can be intimidating, for fear of not giving the correct answers.

The exercise is to close our eyes for each other and see and describe the most important love of your life. This is basically a clairvoyance exercise. Maybe you will not see a face, but other details, a scene, or see nothing, or get ideas, thoughts about him, such as the sudden idea "he is blond!", or you will hear something, or feel something. Whatever it is, describe what you get.

This is an exchange thread, but everyone taking part here can request some other participant to exchange with them, you don't all have to exchange with me always, I am not here all the time, but you can continue and play the game with each other.

I feel a love for nature/ connection to forests.
Dog also.
Not a boring desk job.
Holding hands a lot.
Kissing your forehead.
I get stars so felt like a deep connection.

Dont know about superman. Maybe because I see him as a super man.

I'm pretty impressed, thank you Fishy This too looks like my guy now, except for the blues eyes. He has deep eyes, not tall, long big nose, Scorpio Moon, he is a school teacher, lives in the countryside, has a dog and many other animals, it's a farm, he's a farmer too, very lovey dovey and born in March (3)
