Ok so yes they liked you. They found you to be down to earth & stable. Like you have your stuff together, and the required skill set to do the job. As for what will happen ,I feel that it is between you & one other female, BUT they will offer you something within the next four weeks. It seems fairly stable to me....all good, so don't stress. That makes sense because it will take that long to get everything situated.
Yeah he does see you as someone he likes and you have a lot of potential but I see he hasn't given it much thought about attraction leading to more just yet.
