Well, you're hoping for lovee, and its coming rather quickly more than one choice - so there will definitely be options to chose from! From the looks of the spread it says to keep your options open, try not to idealize the several people coming into your life soon, make a sound judgement and don't rush into something so quickly. The present is correct.
As per the future, we've always had multiple people involved, unfortunately... Somehow there were/are always people interested in us, which leads us to deal with everything much more cautiously or be more sensitive to it. So it's likely that it may have to do with that again, since you mentioned... But if the changes are for the better, I welcome them.

I understand "which is proving to be very hard" you are defensive about this but still hold such strong conviction as you no longer want to be tied to J.
