It reads like someone has made up their mind, decided on course of action.

Also, it can show someone who is bewildered by attention/advancement towards them.

This kind of inquiry is for Through The Looking Glass subforum. Cannot promise better response though, the traffic is less crowded there, but people aren't as self-involved.
