A couple of days ago and by total chance I met the brother of a coworker, let's call him A's brother -I don't even know his name- but I kind of liked the guy, though he seemed all too serious.
But here is my question, did he notice me and what did he think of me? Has he got a girlfriend? And basically is there potential for a relationship to develop here? My initial is C.

Yes he did noticed you, he is represented as page of disc in this reading. It seems like he does not have a girlfriend in his life but there is one woman who interest him. Indicated by the cards I think he has an interest for you, like a symathy on first I would say. Leonisces, sorry for the delay and thank you for your reading.
I asked your question and I got
King of cups - 3 of wands - Queen of pents The King of cups represents him (caring, controlled emotions) and the Queen of pentacles represents you (practical, self-sufficient). I think this is a really positive spread that says YES, you will take your relationship with TQ further than just kissing.
