Hi Cherful, Just wanted to do an exchange with you. I am a bit stressed about my work situation. I work in a department with several teams. I am well liked through the department but have gotten a strange vibe from most of my team members from day one. I am not sure what the situation is - could you look into it and see what the reasoning could be?

Ultimately everything is fine. And it's not that anyone dislikes you. It feels like this position wasn't supposed to happen or maybe you weren't supposed to have the position, as in somebody else was supposed to have it. Either way there seems to be some resentment. And almost seems like they feel you weren't justified in having it maybe people are speculating how you got that job. So there was mistrust from the get go. But I don't think it's anything against your personality and again I see everything being just fine. No one's out to get you fired or anything like that.IP: Logged |
