In short yes.
In long I do see it but I do see it take some work from both sides. I get someone needing to get over trust issues to make this work. Some patience and it will progress.

Yes A will text you on your birthday. It might be short and precise but it will be full of emotions. A finds you as a role model of the lady he wants to be with and probably you're his dream woman.

They are not being professional and they may even chose not to say anything although I do still feel a letter/email come to you, feels maybe by the end of this week.
I dont really feel this company being that good for you to be honest.

Has A been thinking about me at all during this time he hasnt talked to me?

Yes he thinks a lot about you but probably chose to stay silent about it because he's suspicious of something. He wants to talk to you but there is something going in his mind that he is not too sure of. He wants to be sure before he talks to you. He misses the times you spent together and in his mind he is very broken it seems. Something seems to have hurt him and he is taking his time healing and being sure about what he wants but he definitely thinks about you.

True this company isn't being professional. I have another one, do you see me getting any other job or permanent job soon. It's ok if you don't have a question or don't wanna exchange TY!!

Yes I also think something hurt him.

I get a job for you come between March/April. I feel this job may be first on a trial basis possibly on 3 month and after this I get a more permanent contract come of it
