I will now try to give you feedback on that:
1.PAST- this is true. I was trying to initiate communication, and I did make it. We were talking, having fun toggether, he admited he likes me, we kissed...etc

2.PRESENT- there is passion between us that we both feel, but he maybe more...but from the last evening we spent which was wonderfull, I got no contact from him for a week so now I'm confused about him being interested in me.

3.What is hidden- I don't know what, I have plans in getting to know him better, but don't know about him

4. Obstacles- this just desn't make sense. We get along very well but I don't know why is he so slow in approcah.

5. Surroundings- that may be me. I like him a lot and I would like to get to know him better and maybe progress further but I'm not doing anything cause I'm not sure what he wants.

6. He is not making any move. Do you know maybe who would need to make a move and take this advice?

7. Outcome...most of the readers says he will progress very slow with me, that I have to be patient, so do you see is it worth waiting or not?

Past: I'm not sure on if this card is saying that you were far apart from each other or that you were waiting for his return.. To come back to you. Now.. This card can also talk waiting for something better to come to you.

3 of wands

Present: I think here, since it is one card.. You are still attracted to him? Do you still have love for him? I could also say that he still attracted to you too, but I dont know about that.. I cant be too sure.
(P.s.) about the lovers.. Sometimes it could mean choice.. A choice on your life..

What is hidden: Now.. Did some type communication between you two was a bit maybe blunt or harsh? Going by what the card shows.. It could mean that someone is being unfair and is maybe being selfish. Its hidden and someone doesn't see that..

5 of swords

Obstacles/challenges: It seems as though someone is not really being careful or looking out with where they are going or learning.. I think someone is not being careful.. Someone still has alot to learn in this.

Page of pentacles

Surroundings: Looks like someone is just being like a rock.. Not trying to feel any emotions.. Just controlling their emotions so it wont seem like they will fall too easily. So someone is controlling their self.

Strength

Advice: Hmm, it shows here that there was a break up.. And this break up hurt someone.. I dont know what to think of this card, but I think its saying that the relationship has already been ended.. Or that someone is still hurt.

Outcome: With the advice and this.. This shows me that things will change for you, for the better.. Or that its telling me that it was suppose to happen so you can find someone better. Its hard to explain in a way.. I cant read the other card and this together in any other way.. :/

Past: In the past has any of you been arguing, but not just arguing.. Its like someone is trying to tell the other person that they are right or they are just trying to stand their own ground..

Present:for right now, it looks like someone is still trying to hold on.. They could of got hurt in the past as well but it seems that they are not giving up. Maybe they have trust issues or just trying to defend their self in case something else happens.

Advice: The advice here is to let your guard down. Dont be afraid of anything that comes in your way. I'm thinking that you have been hurt in the past so that's why this card has shown up. If you want to get to know someone or if that someone wants to get to know you, you have to let your guard down.

The tower

Outcome: I believe you follow the advice, you would will be able to let go and accept whatever that may come to you. It could also mean that you may see things in a different way. I am kinda confused with this outcome though.. I think you may have to wait for something.. For the right time for whatever reason.

I guess the obstacle would be that I still live with the father of my kids (King Pentacles).

I feel the outcome is saying that I need to wait for the right time, so you're right. I don't think anything too important will happen in my life in the next 3 months is what the spread is saying.
