Hi Little Wing,

I read your post yesterday before you deleted it. Candycrush is right in stating that it can simply be about perspective and sometimes it helps to be thankful for the things that are going right in your life, or to realize that things could be much, much worse.

But sometimes it's not simple and it's about depression and how that depression colors our perspective and causes changes to us mentally, emotionally and physically.

Feeling at the end of your rope for any reason is a bad place to be. It's a terrible feeling. I've been there before as I'm sure most people have. But you're going to have to help yourself here because change always starts within.

Are there things you can do in your life to change your situations? One example, I recall you saying people are taking advantage of you. People can only take advantage of you if you allow it. So what changes can you make to make it difficult for people to take advantage of you? Are you advocating for yourself and your own needs? In the end, you have to see what you can do for yourself to create the life you want.

If you think you're dealing with depression (there are a lot of online resources to read to see if you identify) then it may likely be something you can't handle on your own. Talk to friends, spiritual advisors, counselors, your doctor, anyone you have trust in, to help you.

Everyone gets frustrated and it's perfectly okay to voice that frustration. But instead of giving up, let's see what we can do to make it better.
