I forgot the exact name of who gave me the reading.. But, if you are still on here, I need to ask you a couple of questions, if at all possible. It would mean a lot.

If you find this thread, sorry it isn't formatted all that well, I just didn't really know how else to title it and write this post.

Yes! I think it was.

My question basically is what would I get checked with my doctor? Do you know? Would I get some kind of hormone screening or something?

I've actually been working with my doctor a lot lately because I haven't been feeling the best. They found out that I was severely deficient in vitamin D.. And, after reading some experiences people have had with the deficiency, I've been having a lot of the same problems they talked about. (Of course, now I'm taking vitamin D and trying to get a bit more sunlight)

But, regardless... Do you know what exactly I would/should get checked with my doctor to check on my hypothalamus?

B1 ...but would most likely test for all b vitamins. Your thyroid test will probably come back negative. But I'd eliminate all grains for 1-2 and I believe u will feel and ser the difference enough. To make u believe that u really are have endocrine issues

Are you saying that eliminating grains would be beneficial or not beneficial? I was just kinda confused.

Thanks
