WP, don't contact him. That's the very first thing. This guy, if he is ever coming back, needs to work at it on his own. More checking on him or chasing will drive him further away. Don't give him the benefit of the doubt - he is capable of doing the thinking and realising how he hurt you by his non-communication. Perhaps he feels this is the only way, that a decisive break is the only way to break up, however painful it might be. That, however, is not an adult way of thinking because some sort of communication or closure is by far preferable.

Whatever his state of mind, one thing is clear is that you need to give him a wide berth. Try to even stop hoping he will change and you'll get back together again. That will keep you miserable for longer. Instead have a good cry. Cry more than once if that is what it takes, and you will find that you will feel better and able to cope.

Thanks Astro

im not contacting him anymore. The first time we broke up he cried and it was painful so we got back together the next day then the week after i ****** him off and he broke up. He said he doesnt pity anyone anymore so i doubt hes thinking about how he hurt me. Anyways i regret contacting him, definitely not doing that anymore.
