Can I request for a free reading please..

I was wondering if this happened as a coincidence.. I was offered an opportunity for a temporary job by my cousin. I have been unemployed for a year now and I was expecting to get the job even though it's just temporary. I was also told that I'd get a job within 6 months by a psychic reader so I thought that this was definitely it. I had an scheduled interview today at 9:00 am but I missed it. But before all of this, yesterday, I felt that something wrong was gonna happen. I had an issue with my internet service provider. They had a maintenance yesterday but even after it I still wasn't able to connect to the internet. The issue continued even to this today and I had to change my internet provider so I could show up on my interview through skype.. but still I missed it.. I really felt that something is preventing me from this opportunity. Do you feel like this happened for a reason or is it just a coincidence?.. They did give me another chance and set me up for another interview schedule but I'm scared I might not get the job.. It's really bugging me why this happened. I felt that this was gonna happen even yesterday but I wasn't able to prevent it.

Thanks for the response.. I do agree, I have been willing to take the job not just because I needed it.. I was even excited about it..

I was waiting to be informed of the new interview schedule but I haven't received anything yet.. I think I won't get the job.. but fingers crossed..
