Well, I can't really answer that. Dreams can be interpreted in different ways. The boy can be a real person, or he can be a symbol out of what you want in life. Dreams are funny like that.

If he is a real person that you may end up meeting then yes, there will be a communion. But if not, then maybe he was just a symbol of the fulfillment and happiness you seek in life.
