Hi guys! It's an emergency and I need to know what will happen. My roommates and I fought infront of the landlord and I'm not sure how it will turn out. It looks like it'll be messy.

I hope I can get a read because I'm getting anxious just thinking what will happen.

Will I move out

Will Amber move out

Will all three of us move out

Will there be any legal reprucssions

Just some questions but not urgent. Please and thank u

No legal precautions... Such as you need a lawyer or you will be in court. But that doesn't mean he did not go through a lawyer because I see papers being drawn but it's not to kick you out but it's to protect your landlord in case he doesn't want to kick you out or if you cause damage

I don't see your landlord asking anyone to move out. If one of you choose to do so that would be in their own right......was one person more the issue??

But I do see some paperwork I think an amendment is going to be added on to your original lease agreement. I think this is just more stricter terms to the agreement in which she will have to be more sensitive towards. And I believe you all will have to be agreeing to something..... You might want to go to renters rights in your city and make sure whatever he's going to impose on you, that it's fair and just

Ahh thanks Cher.

To summarize I'm the problem in their eyes.

Well the problem was mainly about my dog. They hated the fact he sheds and does his business on our patio. It's huge so it's not like a big deal.

I have major problems with A. A is a clean freak and I'm pretty lax unless it's my room. I'm always finding out Stuff she complains about through the third roommate S. S is the neutral party though she tends sides with A on dog issues.

Anyways our landlord wants to be fair so until we work it out itll be most likely that I'll have to move out because he didn't want dogs at first but made an exception because they needed a subleaser.

Thanks for ur help Cher!

I don't see him telling you that you need to move out. What I see is the amendment and that would make sense to cover any damages that your dog might leave. So it's probably going to cost you a bit of money if you do stay because in the end even if you clean up after your dog I feel that you'll still be paying extra.
