A single mum has moved in next door with 3 kids. She is lovely but has to contend with a 14 year old who is quite out of control. The state offers no support. He rages, screams, throws things and does not attend school. I hear him clearly all day long. Ugh!

Can anyone say what's the matter with him. Can I help by sending him healing?

I don't think its good to send healing or anything to someone without their permission.

Yes, of course. In fact, the healing method I follow begins with asking for permission from the person's higher self.
