For getting back together I got the delusion, as if he is not emotionally there, but I claearly see he is sorry for hurting you, he is more mature and he wants to be friends with you. He just want to make all things nice between you but at the friendship level and he is quite determonede about that.

There is definitely thinking going on, they are just not sure what it is suppose to lead to. contacting you/you wanting to contact you/not worth it even if they contact you.
