Fish - bouquet - letter - lily

I know the fish is about money and being independent and he loves that, someone that doesn't always ask him for money. (I dont ask him for money lol). I'm trying to figure out the bouquet letter and lily stand for?

Now after thinking about it. It could mean that be wants me to independent and that would be good news to him (lily)? Hes also an older man so it could mean good news to him.

From the question you've asked, looking at the fish as a symbol of money doesn't make much sense. So, I take the fish in water to be his feelings and how invested he is in the relationship that you have.

I think the spread is saying that you make him happy and through your communications - something about the way you write or what you write/talks about makes him feel drawn to you. The conversations are happy and bright and this is what enables him to develop his feelings for you.

I have trouble with letter though, I never wrote him anything.. Just communicating back and forth but no texting or writing a letter, which is what the card birds is right? I dont really get what the cards are saying except for what I said, but nevermind just gonna drop it lol

Is the guy that you're talking about married or separated from a wife? How often do you speak to eachother? Is it at a particular time of the day? What do you talk about?
Some thing tells me that he may be talking to you because things aren't right at home and you're a 'secret' (book) that he keeps for when things are bad.

I think you're on to something.. I feel hes conflicted. A while back he loss a friend and sometimes his conversations would be sadness then happiness when he hears from me, so working something out makes sense.

Me and him don't talk everyday but its like he wants to talk to me.

I get the impression that he is talking to a few people or someone. I'm not sure if he is involved deeply. I do think he loves me, but like me... To an extent, I think he is scared.
