What does he think about her birthday message?
When he received it, it was a boost to his self esteem, ego and confidence as well, it made him really happy. But moments later, it stirred up some sad feelings in him, I think probably in regards to you, and probably (not sure bout this) in regards to your impulsivity. However, now he is thinking deep and hard about the message and about everything related to both of you,

Will he contact her?
Yes he will, he will take some time to do it but he will. When he contacts you, he will act kinda defensive towards you. He kinda wants to get to the bottom of some issue with you, to resolve everything, because I think he has some feelings for you and does not want to lose you. Also, he will act like that because he won't want to get in a fight with you.

do you have any history with the man in question? the cards show some sort of worry that he felt when he received the message from you. Aside from the uneasy feeling that it brought to him, the message also made him feel emotional for some reason. It seems that you talked before. Did you abruptly end the talking or what was it? It shows on and off talking and mental connection in the past.

Sorry for the long text, I wouldn't be able to sleep before letting you know you were right on point, I'd say.

Yep, we have been in long-distance/virtual relationship until the very beginning of february. I was a on-off talking if we consider the times he disappeared for long days. I'm unhappy to hear that my message might have caused an uneasy feeling on him, 'cos my words were really genuine and I truly wanted the best on his birthday. Agreed, the last time we talked things weren't in its best, he was angry 'cos I didn't move to his country and I thought I was playing with him all times I promised to move (he didn't tell me that openly but knowing him I know it was his thought). Besides I had blocked him on whatsapp/viber and one of my last words to him, back in time, were: "you can be happy, I'll finally stop bothering you." (I don't remember my exact words, but I do remember I empathized that I'll stop bothering him and leave him in peace).

P.S. I will do my reading in the morning when I'm fresh. I'm sleepy and it would affect the reading.

Possibly now you uncle is finding himself in difficult choice, which must be made for this idea to come out, like it may cause interference in the family finances or something. Is it a new business project ? He has the energy and creativity to go with this, but he may need the help of a woman to make it real, this female person may be your aunt or someone close to him who has a business mind and can support him, not exactly financially, she may be there just to keep him grounded, to make it come true without any further losses.
