Hey, happy birthday!! I'll give it a novice try, but as someone somewhat familiar with your recent challenges, it will be biased towards that... It's hard for me to separate and explain aspect by aspect. These are the themes that stand out to me:
Aspects: Pluto (ruling the SR 10th house), falls into the natal 12th house, conjunct SR ASC from the 12th house, square SR sun (2nd house) and Uranus (3rd house), trine Jupiter (8th house)
Capricorn ASC / Pluto conjunct, Aquarian moon intercepted in the 1st house sextile sun/Saturn
ASC ruler: Saturn retrograde in Sagittarius in the 11th house trine sun, square Jupiter in the 8th house
Heavy Interactions between 1st house, 2nd/8th houses, and 11th house, eastern hemisphere dominant (personal identity / social expression)
These are my impressions:
I see transformation around your image: who are you? How did you get to this point in life? Does who you are on the outside, the person you've become in this word reflect your values and who you are on the inside. Are you someone you can be proud of? Saturn retro in the 11th -- Reflection on the goals you've pursued and the decisions that shaped who u are today. How are these aligned with your unique philosophies and values (Saturn in sag trine sun in the 2nd house). Saturn may challenge you to be honest with yourself. Ask yourself what do YOU believe and want? Don't settle for anything less than what you can proudly defend (sun in Aries) without betraying your unique heart's desires (sextile aquarian moon in the 1st). This period of reflection can be pleasant (trines) but guard against a vague tendency to lose yourself in the process, blur boundaries (loose square to Neptune), overdo the soul searching, and for Jupiter to expand Saturn's critical nature unless it's necessary. You must balance your philosophies on hopes and dreams with those of who you have intimate bonds with. While this soul searching may be pleasant, it may trigger a discomforting awareness of subconscious tendencies and automatic behaviors that betray the authenticity of what you really desire or want to be in the world and how you express and communicate this (12th house Pluto square sun/Uranus in the 3rd house). It can also stimulate necessary changes around your life's trajectory (Pluto rules 10th). Your ego will urge you to express the things YOU value (sun/ego in 2nd/values) and your unique concept of the world and your place in it, or ego impulses may be a guiding light towards transformation. Powerful subconscious tendencies relating to ego awareness, values and your unique self may surface. Aspects to Pluto/ASC are triggers. It may be a discomforting experience (squares) but one that can be ultimately positive and deep with Pluto trine jupiter from the 8th house. I think this is important because you seem to have intimacy issues and Jupiter in your 8th disposes Saturn. Ultimately, I think the interaction of planetary energies will trigger transformation of subconscious tendencies and patterns. It does look significant: A new you that reflects your own unique values, creating a presence that authentically communicates who you are, how you feel, and what you think.
This is a year of responsibility to yourself. A year for a deep and discriminating look at psychological conflict. Are you rebelling against your emotional needs, against nurturing yourself, against what your heart wants, against your mother and her influences (moon in Aquarius, 1st house)?? It's time to integrate your emotional needs with who you are, be proud (moon sextile sun) of who you are, how you feel, how you look, your feminine qualities, your expression... Like attracts like: You may need to channel your feminine ideal (moon rules solar return 7th) in order to attract one on one relationships that are emotionally gratifying. Aquarius is intercepted though, so you must rise to the challenge and take on the responsibility of Pluto on the ASC. Until then, this may be a year you feel emotionally isolated, or even better, you isolate and transform emotional barriers. Saturn and the sun is supportive in your emotional efforts, but you must resolve the Pluto/sun/Uranus dynamics.
Venus and Chiron in the second house emphasizes the healing around values, healing conflicts around beauty and things you own physically and metaphorically. Own your values, your sensuality, your right to feel beautiful and sensual. Love yourself unconditionally (Venus in Pisces). Project it out to the world.
Boy! Sorry so scattered. How typically gem of me!
