Hi all, it's been a little while since I posted on Lindaland but I do still lurk occasionally I was wondering if anyone fancied giving an opinion on possible career progression/development for me? It's not a personal reading I'm after just a quick look at my astrological charthe.

I've been a professional private children's nanny for 25yrs and have pretty much always loved it and, although no Mary Poppins, I'm aware I'm very good at it. However the feeling of needing to leave kids behind and gaining more satisfaction and fulfillment as well as challenge and knowing I'm working for 'the greater good' has been pressing at me for the past few years.
Ever since I was young I've wanted to work with animals but for one reason or another it never came about, now when people ask what I'd like to do I can't think of anything that moves me other than that.
At 43, single ( so restricted finances, no-one to lean on) and limited time to retrain, friends have started to help with suggestions..being a P.A is most recent because 'you're so organised' but it doesn't move me. I'm getting old..I want to feel like I'm genuinely doing some good in a greater sense. So. Sat on my sofa on a week off reading through an astrology blog there was a post about being confused about a career path..bingo! The advice..so simple..stop using your head, go with your heart.

What had stopped me from picking up the animal thread was mostly the thought that I wouldn't cope financially as animal related jobs are usually lower paid but I've decided to aim higher than I originally thought, maybe age has grown some confidence? This is where you guys come in..I'd like to consider veterinary nursing. There is vocational training (on the job) if you can't take time to study full time and it's entirely possible that I could manage the money side by nannying part time too..that's the bit I need to be positive about. I've decided to take a short and cheap online animal care course to see if I can get my head around the learning while I'm still working at my present job before I actually make a decision but in regards to astrology..does my chart support this type of work? I imagine the caring and helping desire comes from Virgo as well as a health interest and I think I read that the 12th house governed larger institutions like hospitals etc but I get confused by all the available info online..aaahhh!

Gosh that's a long post..sorry

Any insight appreciated, even if it's not what I want to hear

Edit..chart posted below
