Looks like a break up by the end of the year, and you starting to think of dating other people. The first two cards are a bit scary regarding how much fighting and hurt they depict. Please realise that this is the most likely outcome rather than the outcome- things can change and you guys could learn to communicate better, but based on the path you're going on now, it's not great.

J. is lonely and he needs a partner in crime. He likes your mind and your personality and he wants someone like yourself on his side. He thinks you both can turn it up. The clover at the end of the spread shows that this association could be a beneficial one yet clover stand for a temporary things, so it may not last for too long. I dont see romantic cards in this spread, thou. I see him wanting to change the status quo in his life and believing you might change that for the better.
