Caprice - So it looks like the next 12 months will be somewhat of an exciting challenge between you and A. I don't see anything in the cards that indicate a chronological progression or "steps" leading up to what you want. Yeah he's traveling right now I think we could get along really well once we get to know each other better. (BW)

As for L - that makes sense. We work together, don't get each other at all. So weird I've never met someone I didn't "get"

I would say he likes someone but the feelings aren't returned, or he is overworked yes. Either way I feel he is single overall but that's not to say he doesn't have someone in mind.

for this i got 10 of swords, 3 of pentacles and the magician.

it looks like he faced some disappointing situation in the past that perhaps made him thrust himself into work. It looks like he is really busy with working perhaps looking for a promotion and on track to move up the ladder. He however has to learn to balance work and life and not let work be a distraction for not making decisions and moving forward with other areas in his life.

my question is what does RM think of me(non-romantic)

I think RM thinks you are someone who can transform quickly, ie able to balance out any negative thoughts and be cheerful again.
Also, you are out-going, able to socialise and the intelligent type.
I'm not sure if that makes sense.
