The Star and 4 of wands are all about happiness and good time, but the 4 of wands reversed doesn't seem to have a definitive answer as to whether it's good or bad. I've read that people still see the reversed 4 of wands as a happy celebration. I asked what someone felt about me deep down and got these two cards in that order. Does it mean I'm not their wish come true because of the reversed 4 or does it mean they're uncertain or right now isn't the right time for their wish to come true?!

Hmmm I know this isn't helpful to you but I was curious about reversals as well. Some people don't read reversals when I was learning tarot I just would get so confused with these reversals

In any case star fkyr of wamds are good cards
