Hey my sweets!!! So I have been pondering as of lately the intense energies of this retrograde season. It seems that the way the energies are flowing, we are constantly being poked at, triggered, and prompted to do some deep emotional work...

I myself have been doing lots of meditations, journaling, shadow work, etc. It has got me to thinking that maybe, for those interested, it would be nice to have some sort of a group where we can suggest exercises and share our responses. There is something so cleansing about being abler to share our deepest emotions, our deepest pains. I feel that reading other people's experiences can also trigger a release of our own similar pains...

Anyways, not sure if there is any interest here.. Or of a safe place for us to have these discussions? I would like it to be more private than this forum; i.e. only those who are registered can view the post.

If anyone is interested let me know we can figure something out! I have had SUCH profound experiences with these type of psychological practies.. It would be amazing to find a away to empower us to do it together, on our own time (and without having to pay $100+ an hour lol, I know I can't afford that!)

this doesn't look like a good idea, this looks like an AWESOME idea

I don't tend to believe much things about the retrograd planets, but damn there are 5 of them retro grading right now... and all the emotions I'm feeling aren't normal..

I am into this! I've never done this before and would like to try!

It is such a potent time for self-analysis. I have been utilizing the difficult energies to really unearth some deep emotional wounds still sitting stagnant inside myself... And I can tell you, each time I work through something, I feel so empowered, I feel noticeably clearer and calmer and lighter... I think we can magnify and share this experience by doing it together!

the activities are difficult and uproot deeply-engrained pains... one thing that I have on my to-do list is to write a totally honest letter to my father.. I won't actually send it to him, but just to bring to surface all of my own pains, fears, and emotions from the relationship... There are lots of great exercises I have learned, and I am sure others will have good ideas to contribute!

oh yes of course!! it would be for anyone that wants to join, I just think a more protected platform would be more suitable for what we are trying to do, everyone would need to feel safe expressing themselves, without the worry of someone unknown reading it

hmmmmmm, I never really understand how you guys are able to resolve ur own issues by yourself, I always feel the need to constantly talk about something that bothers me, even if I am talking alone hahahha

I think MM's idea would be good, or maybe some whatsapp chat too, but that would be too personal I think, all the numbers there

Google docs, if using an anonymous email, allows you to maintain some sense of anonymity. Whatsapp doesn't. Skype does if you have a user name which isn't your name.

I like the Skype idea, though.

I just did some writing, it started out as a letter to my dad and ended up me talking about some of the most painful experiences of my life. i am not sure if anyone wants to read it, but i could post it here for a few minutes. it is too personal to leave up for long though... but let me know if anyone wants to see

hey missblyss, I just read that letter.. I just have to say, Im impressed at what a hard time you have been through... and how you managed to become the woman you are now, full of good energy and always so kind and good

it's just amazing, and you probably have done a lot of work to accomplish this, bravo!!!

I don't think it would be fair "u are better than that" because that would mean I am judging you, and I don't think I should make you a victim out of this because you are damn strong

so shoutout to you! for kicking ass basically, but always doing it in a good way hahahahah

thank you so much sweetheart i can't tell you how much it means to me... it really feels good to get all of this out. i'm like seeing things in a whole new perspective by revisiting this stuff. it happened almost 6 years ago now but i didnt realize how the pain and effects were still playing out in my life

of course, it heals me in some way to be able to get it out there... i know you guys don't judge me so it is easy to share with you. and i hope that my experience will maybe help guide others through their own emotional cleansing, i would love for us to grow and heal together

Miss, I just read your post,
firstly I am in awe about your letter and my thoughts were similar to lily's, I thought "awwww, THAT'S how she became the wise, compassionate and loving person missblyss is today"!
You have earned my admiration quite fairly, I mean I admired you even before that, how much more is possible? lol
All of us visiting dark places, metaphorically or literally, all these are what make us stronger, I don't really know how you managed to get over all of these things, you had a hard time, but I don't have the slightest pity or negative thought about you, you are really awesome, even more when you lived situations like these!
I have more to add about this thing going on these days, it's really something about the planets, I didn't believe much in retro till these days when Merc. retro went on my IC, but I can tell from this forum and elsewhere there is something really powerful going on out there.

ETA : Needless to say that 40 minutes ago I wrote a message to my mother, where I told her that we should re-meet with one another and start over, because I feel like they don't really know me...There are a lot more hidden behind this statement, but nothing so serious compared to your story miss, so I am just mentioning the parents-message/letter coincidence here..Interesting synchronicity, don't you think?

ETA 2 : I am totally interested into this group-thing in whatever way it's possible, many ideas were already mentioned, but I'll try to think of something else if no solution is found! Skype sounds pretty good though, there are group conversations like group calls, too, you can add many people the same time, this can be done in writing, too, there is no need for an actual camera-talk if somebody doesn't feel comfortable about it, plus there is some anonymity, although I think the place of the call is visible..But ok, I don't have any trouble telling where I live anymore, lol. If somebody doesn't want this revealed at all, then maybe another way is possible, I don't know which

Anyways wow I did so many introspection this month. I'm not sure if crying was a side effect but I def do feel clearer mentally wise. I did a spiritual bath cleanse to aid me and some candle spells so I went all out Lolols
