thanks cher!! you are so spot on!! my sister rushed to sign the other place. luckily guy let her back out for a small fee shes so impulsive

I got the place! super happy. thank god we are signing everything after mercury retro lols.

if its not to much , do u think my relationships with my 2 roomies and my sister will be good for the next 2 months? thanks!!
