So my boss screamed at me at the top of her lungs on Friday. It was a fit of rage and she was holding back. Her fists were tightly clenched. she was clenching her mouth shut. It was a bit scary. And it all happened over to the fact that my residents were able to promote to the grade above because I took too many days off and therefore we need to make the days up unfortunately it's a lot of days equal 7 months. Anyways she tried to tell me I was wrong and I have no right to tell them. I'm their manager so what you have a right. Why the hell did she after the way she did? What is she now thinking about that? Is there something mentally wrong with her such as anger or depression issues? How do you see this affecting my job with her? I will say I am trying to find a different one at this point

I want to know what's next for me? I'm definitely going to be looking for another job and hopefully in a different state. So what do you see you like my next big thing coming in for me

I have to go to the store. That will give me some time to really think about this. Because I know originally I had always thought you have to go back overseas but then shortly thereafter will be back in America. And I remember ahead said that a job in London would come about but I'm just overwhelmed by a sense of satisfaction and happiness with that position in London that I think you would get it I think that you will actually decide to stay in London. But I don't think this is what you want to hear and I don't think this is what you want to believe it but yet they look to that time I seen overwhelming sense of happiness and joy right where you're at and decide to stay.

So I'm sure you read what happened with me and my boss. What kind of person is she? I know surgeons are always high strong but they don't do what she did. She did lose a baby last year so I know she has a lot on her mind but still something is just not adding up....

As for your boss, I think she was just irritated that she couldn't have the team with her 24/7. She seems to be the type who will always need a 2nd pair of hands around her for her to cope with life at the hospital. Don't take it personally, it's her issue, not yours. I don't see you moving anytime soon- the move will be in Autumn or Winter if you desire that. With the boss.. I think it's best if you have a word with her about what is to be done going forward. It's not going to be an easy convo, but it will be needed when she.. and you.. cool down.

She feels perfectly justified. She doesn't like that she "lowered" herself to expressing that frustration publicly, but she seems to feel like you pushed her to it.

I think a new job is definitely the smartest thing... :/

When will Cherful receive the unemployment benefits?

I don't know how long it takes but I get 1 week - 7 business days from now - could be you will be applying within 1 week as well. I don't get a delay in this pulled a second time 1 week again.
