Hi everyoneI am really curious about this ongoing question in astrology - on astrodiesnt it says I have mercury at end of 12th house therefore its interpreted in 1st house. I know some astrologers interpret in the next house - but what is the accurate way to interpret this? On some sites I have it in the 1st some say the 12th...maybe it depends on the technique used? Since my mercury is conjunct the ascendant at 0 degrees I assumed it stays in the 'shadow' side of the 12th and expresses mostly in the 1st ..but I am not sure if I am interpreting correctly? I'd say that it's more in the 1st house. It's conjunct your ascendant. But you choose. When you read the interpretation of merc in the 12th vs the 1st house. Which do you feel represents you? IP: Logged |

Milly X hi! i'd say the 1st house description. I also asked because mercury rules my 7th house (house of marriage/partner as you likely know) ...so that added even more curiosity to see which house its in so I could find the lord of my 7th house. IP: Logged |
