Will KK email me back? And is it possible that this situation will rule in my favor, meaning they will let it go or possibly where I can do installments? Or will the situation get worse, in the case of going to court or something else? And will my finances get better anytime soon? I'm in such a bad situation right now, I don't know what to do anymore...

I think there will be very blunt words exchanged, a lot of communication, not all the easygoing kind. And a very quick development, very hasty and sudden.
are there 3 parties involved? I take it the 3 of swords here means that three parties are in a dispute somehow? As clarifier on 3 of swords I pulled Death, I think there will be a transition, and hopefully an end to the pain and fear and worry signified in the 3 of swords. Maybe going your separate ways, but after some discussions coming to a good successful end or solution.

I say that cause it feels like the Sun is dominating that spread, and that is all about optimism, success and things going really well, so I think in the end it really will be alright, but you will have to have some honest talks about the issue, that might feel difficult. But hey, main thing to me would be that it gets resolved to your contenment! which I think it will.

A third person is involved, but it was an issue with a certain department. An error made in their mistake that apparently happened months ago and they just recently noticed it and want me to pay (money) for their mistake/error. I hope this does come to a good end or solution, because I'm very stressed about it and I'm having a hard time removing it from my mind. As I just discovered this news yesterday.

Rider is messages, garden is social environment, maybe also social media, snake could be a woman, so with Rider coming up in the spread I think email is definitely an option.
