Definitely yes. You would move on from this place you are now pretty fast; no regrets in shifting place. I can see that you would either earn more money or be more stable financially, but what is sure is that in the new place you feel way more comfortable than where you are now. Plus, opportunities for promotions would arise quickly and would be good ones. And you would pretty much step up your work skills here, plus I think you would get along really well with the coworkers: social activities are highlighted

I got the Star, High Priestess and Ace of Pentacles. Justice also jumped the deck when shuffling. A lot of majors here which is interesting. Tarot isn't necessarily my strong suit, so if you'd interpret the cards differently, please feel free to do so.

Combining the cards and intuition, I think yes, this can turn into a relationship. This is showing that you've hoped for it to move forward and I think by allowing your intuition to guide you, you have a chance for moving it to a new stage.

The 10 of wands can indicate that you will follow it through, so that's why I thought you could enter the relationship.
But on a second thought I agree with what you said, perhaps you are going to carry too much weight of it, and try hard to make it work.
